We’ve asked ourselves that more than a few times.

Opening a coffee lounge inside an art gallery wasn’t exactly on our vision board back when we were building wood mosaics out of our garage. But then again, nothing about Bailey Builds has ever followed a straight line.

From the beginning, this whole journey has been about chasing creativity and creating spaces where people can feel something real. And somewhere along the way, we realized: coffee does that too.

We’re both big believers in the slow moments—the ones where you pause, look around, and let something beautiful (like art or a killer cappuccino) sink in. We wanted to create a space where people could gather, linger, connect, and breathe in the same kind of inspiration we feel when we’re building something by hand.

So yes, this may look a little unexpected. But then again, so does a mosaic—until you see how all the pieces fit together.

From early mornings to slow afternoons, our baristas are behind the bar crafting the drinks that power gallery wanderings, mosaic-making, and those “just one more conversation” hangs. We’re here Monday–Saturday, 7:30am–5pm, and now Sundays from 10:30am–3pm, because good coffee shouldn’t take a day off.

Our team brings together deep coffee knowledge, thoughtful hospitality, and an easy confidence that makes the space feel instantly welcoming. You’ll find precision and creativity in every drink—from silky lattes to bright espresso tonics—paired with the kind of service that remembers faces, favorites, and the small details that matter.

Behind the scenes, experienced leadership has helped shape a menu that’s elevated without being precious, playful without being fussy. On the floor, our baristas bring it to life—each with their own rhythm, personality, and care for the craft.
